I feel like smoothie bowls were such an ‘on trend’ item a few years ago. Every breakfast/brunch spot had them and they were all over the internet. And I KNOW I’m late to the game but this trend has stuck by me. Smoothie bowls really don’t get enough love anymore, they are so versatile. You can mix it up by rotating through different toppings. Love the toppings but bored of the smoothie? Use a different smoothie base. It’s also a great any time snack. Have it for breakfast or post workout, it’s always so good and keeps you filled to get you through to your next meal. Anyways this is my smoothie bowl recipe (never fails me) and so if you are looking to jazz up your smoothie or just looking for smoothie bowl inspo this recipe is it!
